Bhd. as an executive in 1998, and remained in the same company until 1999, before moving to Affin Bank Berhad in 1999 to 2003 as Assistant Vice President, Legal.
Later in 2003, he joined Digi Telecommunication Sdn. Bhd. as Assistant Legal Manager.
In Nov 2005, he served as a Senior Legal Officer in Petronas Gas Berhad. Subsequently, he served as a Legal Manager, Petrochemical Business in Petroleum Nasional Berhad from February 2010 until December 2010 when he moved to Commercial Management, Project Management Office Petronas as a Head of Department.

NORHISHAM ABD BAHRIN

Working Experiences: Norhisham chambered in Messrs Cheong Wai Meng & Van Buerle in Penang before moving to Albar & Partners. As a Legal Associate at the Corporate and Commercial division of Albar, he was heavily involved in Due Diligence exercises and submissions to regulatory agencies for various corporate exercises. In 2004, he subsequently joined Scomi Group Berhad, a listed global service provider to the oil and gas industries as a Senior Legal Associate. In Scomi, he was exposed to and involved with various oil and gas-related contracts and engineering and infrastructure development projects under Scomi Engineering Berhad as well as marine and offshore support services contracts under Scomi Marine Berhad.
In 2007 he joined Felda Holdings Berhad, one of Malaysia’s largest and most diversified agro-based enterprises as a Senior Legal Counsel. At Felda, he was involved with various cross-border investments and acquisitions in the USA, China, India, Australia and Indonesia to name a few. He was also heavily involved in various renewable energy initiatives involving biomass and biogas for the Clean Development Mechanism projects under the Kyoto Protocol. In 2010, he subsequently moved to Bursa Malaysia Berhad, the holding company of Malaysia’s stock exchange as a Senior Legal Manager until August, 2011.

KHAIRUL FAZLI ABDUL KADIR
Education: LL. B. (Hons), International Islamic University Malaysia.
Working Experiences: He was part of a team in conducting intellectual property due diligence on companies for the purpose of merger and acquisition and investment. He attended to the registration of trademarks and industrial designs in Malaysia and foreign jurisdictions for various local as well as foreign. He was also involved in the area of strategic legal and secretarial audit for the purpose of improving the management and operation of certain companies.
He also provided legal advice on copyright and trademark infringement issues in relation to trademark infringement issues. He was also involved in providing legal advise on the requirements to operate the internet payment gateway services in Malaysia and liaising with Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission to obtain exemption for licence.
